Complication of life?

Life is complicated? But without the complications that we have in our life, would there be any meaning to the life we have for our past, present and future. I always thought my life is complicated and so am I. But come to think of it, nobody's life is perfect regardless of their social status. Kaya atau miskin, susah atau senang, family background yang berlainan (yang happy, kecoh atau yang berpecah belah, etc) semuanya ada cerita tersendiri. Yang berlainan saja is 'perception' seseorang individual itu tentang sesuatu hal atau perkara. 'Rambut sama hitam, hati lain-lain'. Setiap individu mempunyai tanggapan yang berlainan tentang semua hal yang terjadi disekelilingnya.

I feel life is like a rollercoaster. Always ongoing kinda thing. It reminds me of the 'Model of Change', which I have learnt from my course. Only, in life, I don't think there are stages as used in the model. In life, I think there are relapses as you continue to be want you want to be and achieve what you want to achieve in your life. Maintaining what you've got would be difficult, but having a decision and planning on doing it, is easy. Kata pepatah, 'cakap senang, tapi nak buat susah'. Everything sounds easy, but acting on it and actually trying to do it (i.e. whatever it is that you are planning), to tell you the truth is difficult. You need all the motivation that you can get, especially from someone that's dear to your heart and feeling. You need the courage and strength...well, the list can go on!

I feel like I have so many relapses in my life...in and out of a continuous cycle.
